How to Search # Unit/Vehicle in the Point of Sale
To quickly view customer and vehicle information on the Point of Sale, proceed as follows:
Access the main Point of Sale screen to create a new sale.
Type the vehicle number in the Vehicle # field, between the Serial number/VIN and Tires buttons.
Press Enter.
Client and vehicle information is automatically displayed on the screen.
This includes data such as client name, vehicle details (make, model, year, etc.).
This procedure is particularly useful for speeding up customer service, avoiding errors and ensuring that the correct vehicle registration is linked to the service or sale in question.
Note: The vehicle number entered will also appear on the Work Order. This means that all interventions, repairs or inspections carried out on this vehicle will be correctly recorded, with its precise identification. This feature enables you to keep a complete and reliable technical history for future inquiries or audits.
